My Daddy, Alton A. Sims, went to be with His Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
My sister and I were so blessed to be with him when he passed away.
He was a character! The very best character.

I'm so blessed by the combination of joy at his homegoing and your pain in letting go of such a wonderful man (for the time being). Know you're all in my thoughts and prayers today and this Father's Day weekend as the Father in heaven receives your daddy for eternity. Hugs.
